As we investigate support systems to better serve the needs of our clients, we appreciate your patience while we test and implement these new systems.

PhonePhone: Dial (440) 973-6541, select option 3, and you will be directed to Beatrez Consulting's phone queue. If no agent is available, you will be redirected to voicemail, where you can leave us a message. We will typically respond to requests within two (2) business days.
Tickets Tickets / Knowledgebase: By visiting, you can send us a ticket. One of our support agents will respond to your request within two (2) business days (typically less than twenty-four (24) hours). You will receive an email with any updates to your ticket. You must use a valid e-mail address as you will receive update emails at this e-mail address. The knowledgebase is also included in the Service Desk and contains instructions on solving common issues, as well as K & B Consulting's policies.
