One of our support agents will respond to your request within two (2) business days (typically less than twenty-four (24) hours). You will receive an email with any updates to your ticket. You must use a valid e-mail address as you will receive update emails at this e-mail address. The knowledgebase is also included in the Service Desk and contains instructions on solving common issues, as well as K & B Consulting's policies.
